We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Senior Compensation Analyst IC3 to join our People team. This role serves as a subject-matter expert and key partner in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with ezCater’s business strategy.
You will independently lead complex compensation analyses, own survey participation and benchmarking, support the design and execution of compensation programs, and drive compensation data integrity and reporting. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, deep attention to detail, and experience operating with a high degree of ownership in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
What We Offer
~2 min read- Maintain accurate compensation-related data in HRIS (UKG) and compensation tools (e.g., Pequity, Pave or similar platforms), ensuring strong data integrity across all compensation processes.
- Design and execute recurring compensation data audits (e.g., pay ranges, job profiles, geo-differentials, incentive targets), partnering with HRIS and Payroll to resolve discrepancies.
- Support configuration, testing, and continuous improvement of compensation-related workflows in UKG and other systems (e.g., annual review templates, promotion workflows, off-cycle changes).
- Develop and maintain recurring and ad-hoc compensation dashboards and reports for People Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders inside the compensation system.
- Document and refine end-to-end compensation processes (e.g., annual review, promotion, off-cycle requests) to improve efficiency, manager experience, and control environment.
- Assist with the company's equity plans (e.g., stock options), including grant processing, vesting schedule tracking, and exercise/settlement tier 1 support in the equity platform.
- Manage equity-related data integrity and reporting, including reconciliation between the HRIS (UKG) and the equity administration system.
- Partner with Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure compliance with all global equity regulations and reporting requirements.
- Serve as a resource for employee inquiries related to stock option grants, vesting, and exercise procedures.
What You Have:
- 5–7 years of experience in compensation analysis or a closely related HR analytics function, preferably in a high-growth or tech environment.
- Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets and data tools (Google Sheets and/or Excel), including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Strong experience with compensation survey platforms (e.g., Radford) is required; experience with Mercer or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Experience with UKG and compensation/HR analytics tools (e.g., Pequity, Pave or similar platforms) strongly preferred.
- Experience with equity platforms (e.g., Carta, or similar platforms) preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to independently perform complex data analysis and audits, synthesize large data sets, and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail and data integrity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting findings and recommendations to HR and business leaders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, prioritize effectively, and operate with a high degree of ownership and accountability.
- Strong bias toward action, with a track record of proactively identifying issues, proposing solutions, and driving them to completion.
- Solid knowledge of core compensation principles, survey methodology, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or progress toward certification preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings and other events, when applicable.
The national total target cash compensation range for this position, including base salary and bonus target, is $109,000 – $138,000 annually.*
