About this Role :-
 
As a Product Analyst, you will play a key role in helping the team make data-driven product decisions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to analyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and uncover actionable insights that improve the overall product experience. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and excited to translate data into meaningful product impact in a fast-paced consumer tech environment.
  • Partner with PMs to define the right success metrics and measure what matters.
  • Write efficient SQL queries to dig into large datasets and answer tough questions.
  • Analyze user behaviour to uncover opportunities, friction points, and growth levers.
  • Turn raw data into clear, actionable insights - not just pretty dashboards.
  • Be the voice of the customer- conduct user research, prototype testing with PM oversight.
  • Share findings with product, design, and engineering teams in simple, compelling ways.
  • Build lightweight dashboards/reports where needed for visibility.
  • Stay curious: proactively spot anomalies, trends, and untapped opportunities.
  • 1–3 years in product/data/Business analytics, BI, or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, Stats, Math, etc.).
  • Strong SQL skills - you should be comfortable writing advanced queries on large datasets.
  • Hands-on with tools like Mixpanel, Metabase, Amplitude, Tableau or Looker.
  • Solid grasp of statistics: A/B tests, cohorts, funnels, significance testing.
  • Clear communicator who can turn complex analyses into simple, actionable insights.
  • A curious problem-solver who loves going deep into data.
  • Experience in B2C, fintech, consumer apps, or fast-paced startups.
  • Comfort with advanced analysis.
  • Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and growth analytics.
  • Experience with large-scale databases (ClickHouse, BigQuery, Redshift, etc.).
  • Ability to understand product flows, funnels, and technical concepts and explain them to both product and engineering teams.
