• →Two years of proven supervisory experience in process optimization, operations, business management, production, or a related environment.

• →Ability to manage staffing, line coverage, attendance, documentation, and daily production needs. 

• →Ability to support food safety, quality, safety, GMP, and HACCP requirements. 

• →Ability to maintain production standards related to yields, efficiencies, labor utilization, and customer specifications. 

• →Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities and production needs may change quickly. 

• →Ability to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation 

• Experience in food manufacturing. 

• Experience in poultry processing, food processing, manufacturing, production, or operations. 

• Bilingual ability in English and Spanish. 

• Experience supervising approximately 40 or more team members. 

• Experience working with USDA representatives or supporting regulatory expectations in a production environment. 

• Experience with lean manufacturing, total quality management, process optimization, or continuous improvement. 

• Experience with HACCP, GMPs, quality standards, customer specifications, and production documentation. 

• Commitment to being a champion for safety, quality, and GMP standards.
