Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Underwriting: Perform detailed underwriting of potential acquisition opportunities, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
- →Evaluation: Assess potential real estate acquisition opportunities by analyzing market trends, property performance, and investment potential.
- →Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on prospective acquisitions, including site visits, reviewing legal documents, and coordinating with third-party consultants.
- →Market Research: Perform comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes within the industrial real estate sector.
- →Financial Analysis: Develop and maintain financial models to support acquisition decisions, including cash flow projections, return on investment (ROI) analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
- →Investment Memos: Assist in the preparation of detailed investment memos and pitch materials for presentation to senior leadership and investment committees.
- →Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of acquisition strategies.
- →Reporting: Prepare regular reports and presentations on acquisition activities, market conditions, and financial performance for senior management.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, brokerage, financial analysis, or a related role. Experience in industrial real estate preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Argus and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the industrial real estate market is a plus.
- NY, NJ or PA Real Estate License preferred.
