Farther is building the future of wealth management — and the Advisor Lead Generation Specialist is a critical driver of that growth. You'll own the top of our advisor pipeline: identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective clients before connecting them with our wealth advisors. This isn't a passive scheduling role. You'll be working outbound campaigns, managing a live pipeline, and hitting targets in a fast-moving environment where your output directly fuels advisor revenue.
- Run high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and SMS to engage prospects across multi-day campaigns
- Qualify inbound leads to assess fit before routing to wealth advisors
- Manage and own your pipeline — proactively following up to keep prospects moving through the funnel
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets and pipeline KPIs
- Serve as the first point of contact for Farther — setting a strong first impression with every interaction
- Partner with sales leadership and the Client Acquisition team to refine outreach strategy and messaging
- Track all prospect interactions and maintain accurate records in HubSpot
- Surface patterns and feedback to drive continuous improvement in conversion and process
- 4+ years of sales or lead generation experience, preferably in financial services
- Proven track record of hitting outbound activity metrics and pipeline targets
- Engaging phone presence and strong written communication skills
- Self-starter with a bias for action — you don't wait to be told to follow up
- Highly organized with strong time management and attention to detail
- Highly adaptable and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- CRM proficiency required — HubSpot experience preferred
