In this role, you will be working directly with Southern Capital, a team operating under the Farther umbrella. You'll support Southern Capital’s day-to-day operations and client experience while benefiting from Farther's resources, technology platform, and professional growth opportunities. This position offers a unique opportunity to work within an established wealth management practice while being part of an innovative, growing organization.
Southern Capital specializes in providing concierge-level wealth management to high-net-worth families, executives, and business owners. To support our rapid growth and allow our lead advisor to prioritize client strategy, we are seeking a Client Service & Administrative Assistant to manage the critical operational details of our practice.
Operating as the team’s operational backbone from our Vero Beach office, you will be responsible for schedule management, meeting preparation, and seamless coordination with Farther’s CX team. This full-time, in-office position requires a high degree of professionalism to thrive in our client-facing environment. Additionally, this role offers significant career potential with a path for advancement into operations leadership, client service management, or a future advisor role.
- Manage advisor calendars and own all scheduling and logistics for client meetings
- Prep meeting briefs, materials, and agendas so the advisory team walks in ready
- Send client follow-up emails and keep internal task tracking on point
- Serve as the bridge between the Southern Capital advisory team and Farther's CX team
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems and support onboarding workflows
- Keep the office running — communications, supplies, and general coordination
- 3-5+ years in an administrative, client service, or operations role (financial services a plus)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail — you notice what others miss
- Comfortable working directly with high-net-worth clients and executives
- Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred (HubSpot a plus)
- Professional, polished, and able to represent the firm in a client-facing environment
Nice to Have
