The Influencer Marketing Manager leads and develops a team of Talent Partnerships Agents responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing paid micro- to mid-tier influencer relationships. This role owns the execution of influencer marketing strategies across multiple brand divisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, campaign priorities, and performance goals. This role aims to drive growth of the creator database, optimize partnership performance through data and insights, and oversee end-to-end influencer operations including approvals, budgeting, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize brand impact.
Responsibilities

- →Partner closely with the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, Brand Partnerships team and Head of Department to align influencer strategies, partnerships, and campaigns with division objectives and business priorities, while contributing to the ongoing development of paid micro to mid-tier influencer
- →Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of all brand divisions, including Fashion Nova, NovaMEN, Curve, NOVA, NovaKids, and other business verticals.
- →Drive growth of the paid micro to mid-tier influencer database by establishing, tracking, and optimizing individual KPIs for each Talent Partnerships Agent, fostering ownership, accountability, and strategic management of their rosters.
- →Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with Talent Partnerships Agents to monitor performance, identify opportunities and challenges, provide guidance, and support professional
- →Review influencer pipeline forecasts and review micro to mid-tier influencers within department CRM, ensuring Talent Partnerships Agents source influencers who are aligned with brand values, division-specific personas, and campaign objectives.
- →Coach Talent Partnerships Agents on best practices for communication, partnership management, and relationship building to strengthen influencer relationships across
- →Mentor Talent Partnerships Agents in negotiation tactics and contract management, ensuring all deals are structured effectively, optimized for value, and compliant with company
- →Thoroughly review and approve influencer marketing contracts for Talent Partnerships
- →Demonstrate strong data analysis and data management skills, ensuring all systems, databases, and tracking documents are accurately maintained and up to
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with the Buying team to support product launches and priority collections through paid micro-mid tier influencer
- →Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Partnerships, Creative and Social Media teams to ensure overall influencer strategies and content direction align with broader brand and business
- →Own reporting and analytics for the Talent Partnerships team, ensuring clear visibility into performance, trends, and growth opportunities to inform executive decision-making.
- →Identify emerging influencer, platform, and consumer trends, translating insights into actionable strategies that drive creator acquisition, engagement, and
- →Regularly evaluate and refine talent sourcing, activation, and retention strategies to maximize program
- →Oversee influencer budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of spend across micro-mid tier influencer partnerships, campaigns, and division
- →Define and improve workflows, processes, and best practices across sourcing, outreach, onboarding, activation, and
- →Partner with the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager and Head of Department to own and optimize department platforms, ensuring accurate tracking of talent, campaigns, and performance
- →Monitor and audit agent communications on a regular basis to ensure accuracy, professionalism, compliance, and alignment with brand and partnership
- →Work closely with the Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to execute A+ tier / celebrity partnerships when
- →Manage the performance review process for direct reports, fostering accountability, professional development, and alignment with organizational

Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years of professional experience in the talent and content ecosystem, preferably gained at top content, entertainment, or social media / influencer agencies or
- Natural leader with strong experience and a successful track record managing
- High ownership mentality and a natural, highly-skilled problem solver - spot gaps and fix
- Outstanding negotiation and contract execution
- Proficient in excel and
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Experienced in negotiating and executing high-scale and high-budget
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong focus on metrics, tracking, and reporting.
- Strong presentation skills and a sharp communicator, both written and verbal, across all
- Creative to the core - takes initiative to create influencer marketing strategies and executes
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally across other
- Skilled in budget management and
- Established relationships with talent, agencies and other industry
- Deep fluency in all things social, especially Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Twitch, and what drives creator performance on each.
