A Customer Service Agent interacts with customers to handle complaints, process orders and answer questions. Additionally, delivering and picking up packages in a timely and efficient manner while interacting with customers and adhering to safety procedures. You will operate company vehicles, ensuring on-time delivery by efficiently sorting, routing, and loading packages. Couriers also contribute to quality control by inspecting packages and reporting damage. Interacting with various government entities and departments (Sea Port and Airport, Customs, etc.)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing introductory information to prospective and new customers
  • Ensuring that consumers are satisfied with products or services by handling complaints and inquiries
  • Following up with clients or customers by phone or email to check that they’re still satisfied with their purchases
  • Letting patrons know about additional products or services that might benefit them
  • Determining the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s or customer’s questions
  • Escalating queries and concerns, when necessary
  • Troubleshooting common issues with products or services
  • Working with a team of CSRs and other departments to find appropriate solutions to problems
  • Delivery and Pick-up, Route Management
  • Lifting and maneuvering shipments (70 lbs. unassisted required)
  • Vehicle Operation, Record Keeping, Package Handling
  • Driving Skills, Communication Skills, Physical Stamina
  • Customs Brokerage and Sea Port functions and duties
  • Airport Ramp and Customs clearance duties
