Responsibilities

→Receive, sort, and organize packages
→Scan and process incoming shipments
→Prepare packages for delivery operations
→Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
→Support daily operational goals

→Lead daily warehouse operations
→Train and coach warehouse team members
→Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards
→Support staffing, scheduling, and operational planning
→Drive process improvements and team engagement

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Leadership experience preferred for Supervisor candidates
