• Competitive base compensation.$110,000 - $120,000
• Uncapped monthly performance incentives.

• →Master's Degree in Nursing.
• →Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license or eligibility to obtain licensure before your start date.
• →Outstanding consultation and communication skills.
• →Passion for aesthetics and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

• Two or more years of Nurse Practitioner experience.
• Two or more years of aesthetic injectable experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Experience in medical aesthetics, facial plastics, plastic surgery, dermatology, or cosmetic medicine.
• Expertise in comprehensive facial assessment and full face treatment planning.
• Commitment to clinical excellence, guest safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
• Experience working in a high performing aesthetic practice.
