The Marketing Services, Brand Specialist is a design-forward marketing professional responsible for supporting the execution of a wide range of marketing and branding initiatives across both Bangladesh and US teams. This role sits within the Bangladesh-based Marketing Services team and works closely with BD and US stakeholders to deliver high-quality brand, design, employer branding, and general marketing support. While design and branding are core strengths for this role, the Marketing Services Brand Specialist is expected to operate as a marketing generalist, contributing across multiple marketing functions as business needs evolve. This includes supporting employer branding efforts—particularly within Field Nation’s Bangladesh office—as well as assisting with broader US marketing initiatives beyond design execution. Through hands-on task execution and cross-functional collaboration, this role will create meaningful impact, help identify the department’s areas of greatest need, and adapt to shifting priorities.
Partner with the Creative and Marketing Services Managers, as well as HR and recruiting teams, to visually communicate the company’s culture, values, and employee experience.
Play a key role in developing and executing employer branding initiatives, particularly for local (BD) hiring and talent marketing efforts.
Design image and video assets for career pages, recruitment campaigns, social media, internal communications, and employer brand storytelling.
Partner with HR and Admin teams to execute in-office and external employer branding events.
Support and execute ad-hoc employer branding–related tasks and requests from the Bangladesh management team as needed.
Collaborate with the US design team and cross-functional stakeholders to translate brand strategy into compelling visual outputs.
Execute and maintain consistent brand visuals across all internal and external touchpoints.
Support US-based marketing functions with design needs, including marketing collateral, presentations, digital assets, and campaign visuals.
Act as a marketing generalist by contributing to a variety of marketing campaigns.
Support content marketing, social media, events, and digital marketing efforts through a combination of design execution, coordination, and administrative tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
3+ years of experience in branding, design, or marketing design roles.
Strong portfolio demonstrating clean and functional design work, including an array of brand and marketing materials (digital and print), and video.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Express)
Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
Willingness and ability to travel occasionally (approximately 10% per month) to support externally sponsored events, which may take place on weekends. All expenses will be covered by Field Nation.
Strong understanding of brand systems, visual identity, and design best practices.
Experience working with remote or international teams is preferred.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
