What’s the opportunity? 

We're at an exciting stage — we've built a modern, complex RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) system and are now evolving it into a fully agentic platform. At the same time, we're kicking off new data science initiatives including churn prediction and personalised recommendation models that will re-define our iGaming products.

If you are a junior-to-midlevel AI/ML Engineer (~3 years of experience), you’ll have a great opportunity to hone your skills while working across the full ML lifecycle — from research and experimentation to production deployment — and grow alongside a hands-on, collaborative team.

In this role, you'll work closely with DWH and BI developers, contributing to real products used by international operators in online sportsbook and casino.

What will your key contribution be?

RAG & Agentic AI (Primary Focus)

• Maintain, improve, and extend our existing RAG pipeline — including chunking strategies, retrieval optimisation, re-ranking, and evaluation.
• Help design and implement an agentic layer on top of the RAG system, integrating tools, memory, and multi-step reasoning using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or similar.
• Experiment with prompting strategies, agent architectures, and LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models).

Predictive Modelling & Customer Analytics (Growing Focus)

• Contribute to the design and development of churn prediction and early identification of customer behaviour models.
• Help build personalised recommendation systems supporting marketing campaigns and player engagement.
• Support advanced customer segmentation initiatives.

ML Engineering

• Assist in building and maintaining end-to-end ML pipelines — from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• Write clean, production-ready Python code and contribute to shared tooling and best practices.

What will make you a great fit? 

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or data science.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Technical skills:
• Solid Python skills — comfortable with libraries such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
• Practical experience with LLMs and RAG — familiarity with vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector), embedding models, and retrieval pipelines.
• Experience or strong interest in agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar).
• Working knowledge of SQL and data preprocessing.
• Familiarity with containerisation (Docker) and basic cloud concepts (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Soft skills:
• Curious and self-driven — you enjoy exploring new tools and approaches
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, project-based environment where requirements evolve.
• Able to communicate technical work clearly to teammates and stakeholders.

Nice-to-have skills:

• Experience with streaming or real-time data (Kafka or similar).
• Familiarity with model monitoring and automated retraining workflows.
• Exposure to iGaming, sports betting, or other behavioural/transactional data domains.
• Experience with experiment tracking tools (MLflow, Weights & Biases).
