Responsibilities

→Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
→Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, aligning them with business objectives.
→Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
→Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
→Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and customer success.
→Communicate project status, risks, and progress effectively to executive leadership and clients.
→Leverage technical knowledge to collaborate effectively with engineering and product teams.
→Understand enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions to ensure smooth project implementation.
→Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in banking, crypto, and financial infrastructure.

What You’ll Bring

→5+ years of experience in project management within banking, crypto, or SaaS enterprises.
→Strong technical knowledge in enterprise software, APIs, and cloud solutions.
→Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
→Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
→Experience in blockchain or digital assets is an advantage.
→Detail-oriented and highly organized.
→Strong leadership and ability to influence teams without direct authority.
→Passion for innovation and emerging technologies in digital finance.
→Fluent in English and Japanese.
