Project Engineer

The Technical Part:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a minimum of five (5) of previous experience in manufacturing, process engineering, project engineering, or continuous improvement within regulated industries. 
• Bilingual, Spanish and English (good communication)
• Shift: Administrative & according to business needs 
• Experience in:
  • Manufacturing process improvements and cost reduction initiatives.
  • Validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ, Process Validation).
  • Technical documentation, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Root cause investigations, risk assessments, and problem solving.
  • Project management and cross-functional team coordination.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)

• Identifying and executing cost reduction and manufacturing efficiency projects.
• Developing and implementing process improvements and new manufacturing methods.
• Authoring and revising procedures, specifications, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Supporting equipment, process, material, and packaging changes.
• Developing and executing validation and qualification activities (IQ/OQ/PQ, process validations, engineering studies).
• Conducting technical assessments, risk analyses, and root cause investigations.
• Coordinating cross-functional project teams to ensure timely project execution.
