About the Role
~1 min readFive9 is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner (Contract) to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for both technical and non-technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, engage, and hire top talent.
This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in sourcing, recruiting operations, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
Location: Bangalore, India (Hybrid – 3 days per week in office)

Reporting To: Manager, Talent Acquisition (India)
Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across India.

Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Source, attract, and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, employee referrals, job boards, networking, and direct sourcing.

Screen candidates, conduct recruiter assessments, coordinate interviews, and manage the hiring process from application through offer.

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Manage offer coordination, candidate negotiations, and pre-onboarding activities.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment workflows within Greenhouse ATS.

Generate recruitment reports, monitor hiring metrics, and ensure data accuracy.

Provide regular hiring updates, market insights, and pipeline status to hiring managers and stakeholders.

Continuously identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team, People Team, and global business leaders.
Requirements

3–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a technology, SaaS, product-based, or high-growth organization.

Proven experience recruiting for technical and/or corporate functions.

Strong sourcing skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.

Experience managing candidate pipelines, interview coordination, reporting, and recruitment workflows within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and responsiveness.

Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Comfortable working with global stakeholders across multiple time zones, including the United States.

Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented.

Experience recruiting for Software Engineering, Product Management, Cloud, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, or Corporate functions.

Experience using Greenhouse ATS.

Experience working in a global or multinational organization.

Familiarity with recruitment analytics and hiring metrics.

Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and strong ownership mindset.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
