We’re looking for a skilled and experienced Electrician to join our Electrical team, carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and associated remedial works across our social housing properties.
This is a hands‑on role where quality, safety and customer service are key. You’ll work autonomously while being supported by an experienced management and operational team.
📍 Location: Based out of our Norwich office, working in, Norwich, Lowestoft and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities

Carry out EICRs to BS 7671 (current edition) across domestic social housing properties

Complete identified remedial works, including:
- →
Consumer unit upgrades
- →
Circuit repairs or rewires
- →
Earthing and bonding upgrades
- →
Replacement of accessories and faulty components
- →
- →
Accurately identify and code non‑compliances, providing clear recommendations
- →
Complete digital electrical certification for all works undertaken
- →
Deliver work to a high standard while meeting deadlines and legislative requirements
- →
Manage customer enquiries professionally and courteously
- →
Act as a mentor to apprentices/trainees, supporting their development
- →
Take responsibility for your own Health, Safety and Welfare, and that of colleagues and customers
- →
Support value‑for‑money delivery and “right first time” outcomes
- →
Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, to support a 24/7/365 operation when required
Proven experience working in domestic social housing
Excellent fault‑finding and diagnostic skills
Confident using tablets and Microsoft applications
AM2 (practical assessment)
