About the Role

  • Create a welcoming and engaging bar experience by providing attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service.
  • Prepare classic cocktails, signature beverages, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain a clean, organized, and fully prepared bar throughout each shift.
  • Monitor guest needs, maintain an appropriate pace of service, and ensure drinks are prepared accurately and delivered promptly.
  • Accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage guest checks using the point-of-sale system; experience with Toast is a plus.
  • Work closely with barbacks, servers, hosts, and management to support smooth service and a consistent guest experience.
  • Assist with opening, closing, restocking, and inventory-related responsibilities as needed.
  • Follow all responsible alcohol service, sanitation, safety, and cash-handling procedures.
  • Duties include occasionally lifting and carrying bar supplies weighing up to 50 pounds and moving or positioning heavier kegs using appropriate equipment or team assistance.
  • Maintain flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs.
