This role is ideal for a hospitality-focused professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality service in a private aviation environment. The Cabin Server plays a key role in ensuring the seamless operation of the cabin and onboard service experience, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, discretion, professionalism, and passenger care.
Working closely with the flight crew, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering tailored onboard experiences, maintaining exceptional cabin presentation standards, and supporting a smooth and comfortable journey for passengers.
Success in this role means consistently delivering a premium onboard experience, maintaining exceptional cabin presentation standards, anticipating passenger needs, collaborating effectively with flight crews, and ensuring every journey is conducted safely, professionally, and in accordance with Sirio's service standards.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Deliver a consistently high standard of onboard service, comfort, and hospitality throughout the passenger journey.
- →Provide responsive and personalized support while maintaining professional service standards and discretion.
- →Coordinate, prepare, and present catering and beverage services in accordance with passenger preferences and company procedures.
- →Prepare passengers and cabin areas for takeoff, landing, and other phases of flight in accordance with safety procedures.
- →Welcome passengers onboard in a professional, courteous, and discreet manner.
- →Maintain cabin cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards before, during, and after flights.
- →Monitor and replenish onboard stock, catering items, and service supplies as required.
- →Communicate passenger preferences, requests, or operationally relevant information to the flight crew when appropriate.
- →Respond to passenger requests promptly while ensuring compliance with safety requirements and company procedures.
- →Coordinate bespoke catering arrangements and menu proposals based on passenger preferences and specific requirements.
- →Conduct regular inspections of passenger and service areas, identifying maintenance or service-related issues and escalating them as necessary.
- →Coordinate logistics related to onboard experiences and special service requests, including sourcing and procuring requested items.
- →Manage client-specific inventory, amenities, and onboard accoutrements.
- →Support an exceptional passenger experience while operating in accordance with company values, policies, and safety standards.

- Previous Flight Attendant, Cabin Server, Butler, Luxury Hospitality, or equivalent service training.
- Experience delivering premium customer service in private aviation, luxury hospitality, yachting, high-end hotels, fine dining, or similarly demanding service environments.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Legal right to work and travel in the countries and territories served by the company.
- Professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
- Ability to work flexibly according to operational and client requirements.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the role.
- Previous corporate or business aviation experience.
- Associate degree, hospitality qualification, or equivalent professional training.
- Knowledge of cuisine, food presentation, beverage preparation, and mixology.
- Experience designing or coordinating bespoke hospitality or onboard dining experiences.
The successful candidate must be able to:
- Perform tasks requiring moderate bending, reaching, and lifting of supplies, catering items, and passenger luggage.
- Carry out cleaning, stocking, and cabin-preparation activities.
- Push and pull aircraft doors and onboard equipment as required.
- Remain seated or standing for extended periods.
- Assess operational and service conditions through visual and auditory observation.
- Move safely within the aircraft cabin while carrying service items and supplies.

Work schedules are established according to client requirements, operational needs, aircraft maintenance planning, and crew training activities. Flexibility in working hours and availability may be required.
