To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Sr. Test Engineer-FCT located in Suzhou Suqian.

Reporting to the Test Engineering Manager the Sr. Test Engineer role involves…

• 测试机台搭建和验证，制定测试维护文档。Set up and validate the test machine, prepare test maintenance documents.
• 制定测试指导文件，培训测试人员。Develop test guidance documents and train testers.
• 分析测试结果，提升测试良品率。Analyze test results to improve test yield.
• 制定测试备件策略，并维护。Develop test spare parts strategy and maintain it.
• 控制待维修板子数量，降低报废率。Control the number of failed boards, reduce the scrap rate.
• 根据客户提供的信息，对新产品测试进行评估并报价。Quote for new products according to information provided by customers.
• 对其它部门和客户提供技术支持。Provide technical support to other departments and customers

• 专科或以上学历 College or above
• 3 年及以上制造业测试工作经验。Minimum 3 years manufacturing testing experience
• 有机器维护，验证经验。Experience in machine maintenance and verification
• 有故障板维修经验。 Experience in fault board debug
• 熟悉印刷电路板组件（PCBA）生产制造和测试流。Be familiar with PCBA production and testing process.
• 了解功能性测试(FCT)方面的知识。function test knowledge
• 有基本的英语听说能力。Basic English listening and speaking ability
• 有电路分析能力。 Ability to analyze circuits。
• 良好的沟通能力。 Strong Communication capabilities.
• 有医疗器械产品测试经验优先考虑。Have medical device products test experience is preferred。
