Responsibilities

→A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
→Solid Python programming skills and a working understanding of core software engineering principles
→Exposure to machine learning, classical methods like supervised and unsupervised learning, and/or AI application development, whether through work, study, or personal projects
→Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and/or containerisation tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
→A working understanding of CI/CD concepts and version control using Git
→Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with cross-functional teams

Hands-on experience with Azure services or Databricks
Experience building or deploying ML models in a production setting, regardless of whether that's classical ML or agentic systems
Experience building data engineering pipelines using PySpark and Databricks
Relevant Azure certifications (e.g. Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Data Scientist Associate)
Experience with front-end technologies (e.g. TypeScript, React) or infrastructure tooling (e.g. Terraform, Bicep)
Open-source contributions, personal GitHub projects, or published technical work
