What We Offer
~2 min read* Design and customize comprehensive travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets, and requirements
* Provide expert advice on Air tickets, accommodations, transportation, visas and travel requirements
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and regular follow-up
* Stay current on travel trends, destinations, supplier offerings, and industry developments
* Research and recommend appropriate travel options, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and ancillary services
* Process bookings, prepare travel documentation, and ensure all details are accurately recorded
* Handle complex itineraries, special requests, and VIP client arrangements
* Resolve travel-related issues and provide assistance to clients before, during, and after travel
* Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
* Expertise in Hotel Support

* Minimum 3+ years of experience in travel consulting or related roles
* Demonstrated sales ability and track record of meeting/exceeding targets
* Proficiency with GDS systems (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, or similar)
* Strong knowledge of geography, international destinations, and travel products
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex itineraries, visas, accommodation and transportation bookings
* Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
