A day in the life:
- Coordinate and maintain contracted inventory across the My Touring portfolio, ensuring inventory records remain accurate across all systems and reporting platforms
- Monitor inventory commitments, utilisation, release deadlines, and inventory exposure, identifying risks and opportunities in partnership with Product Managers
- Consolidate inventory and sales data from multiple sources to produce accurate and timely performance reporting
- Prepare and distribute regular reporting on inventory utilisation, sales performance, passenger loads, forecast position, budget performance, and year-on-year trends
- Analyse booking patterns, sales trends, and inventory performance to provide commercial insights and recommendations that support decision-making
- Forecast inventory requirements using historical performance, seasonality, and current sales trends to support inventory planning and revenue optimisation
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Finance, Commercial, and Operations teams to provide inventory visibility, performance insights, and support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Drive continuous improvement through enhanced reporting, automation, business intelligence tools, and data governance practices, while contributing to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
Who you are:
- Previous experience in travel, tourism, inventory management, commercial analysis, or a related operational role
- Strong analytical capability with experience working with large and complex datasets
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, reporting, and data analysis
- Proven ability to interpret commercial performance data and identify trends and opportunities
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
- Experience forecasting, analysing performance trends, and supporting commercial decision-making is highly regarded
