We are looking for a passionate and experienced Learning Experience Specialist to join our Professional Development team. In this role, you will design, develop, facilitate,

- Plan, design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs, content, materials, and resources that support capability development.
- Facilitate engaging virtual and face-to-face learning experiences across a range of subject matter areas.
- Analyse learning needs and develop instructional materials aligned to business objectives.
- Coordinate learning logistics, including enrolments, cancellations, communications, and program administration.
- Publish and maintain learning resources across global learning platforms.
- Collect, analyse, and report on program evaluation and assessment data to identify capability development opportunities.
- Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create effective learning solutions.
- Maintain knowledge of support area systems, processes, and customer experience requirements.
- Use a range of learning technologies and design tools, including Articulate/Rise, Camtasia, SnagIt, WalkMe, and Canva.
- Identify and recommend improvements to learning products, tools, processes, and employee experiences.
- Provide learning insights and reporting to leaders and key stakeholders.
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
- A minimum of three years' experience in learning and development, facilitation, instructional design, or a related field.
- Experience designing and delivering virtual, online, blended, and face-to-face learning solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across all levels of a business.
- Experience analysing learning needs, assessment outcomes, and program effectiveness data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisation, project management, and time management skills.
- A passion for learning, development, and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning design technologies.
- Experience with tools such as Articulate/Rise, Camtasia, SnagIt, WalkMe, and Canva.
- A Cert IV in Training and Assessment, tertiary qualification in Education, Design, Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field would be highly regarded.
