As an Onboarding Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional onboarding experiences while ensuring customers maximise value from their technology solutions.
- Lead and manage end-to-end onboarding processes for new customers
- Deliver high-quality customer training sessions and onboarding workshops
- Gather and analyse customer requirements to design effective solutions
- Provide expert advice on technology, products, and service implementations
- Configure, implement, and reconfigure customer systems as required
- Lead internal and external stakeholder meetings with confidence
- Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
- Define project scope, plans, risks, and deliverables
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely, effective resolutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Operations
- Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are formally closed and continuous improvement insights are captured
- Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive
- Experience managing multiple priorities while meeting customer expectations
- Proven ability to operate effectively in high-pressure or complex situations
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience leading customer meetings and delivering training sessions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability
- High attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships
- Knowledge of corporate travel businesses and their relationship to FCTG
- Travel industry experience preferred
