Product Owner - South Bank, QLD

• Act as the primary link between business stakeholders and the delivery squad, translating business priorities into actionable outcomes
• Own and maintain a prioritised product backlog, developing clear user stories and acceptance criteria to guide delivery
• Lead the successful execution of the Finance Systems roadmap, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives and customer needs
• Support the migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 by representing ANZ finance processes, data requirements, and control frameworks
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, QA specialists, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality product enhancements
• Use data, customer insights, and delivery metrics to inform prioritisation decisions and drive continuous improvement

You'll be perfect for the role if you have:

• Demonstrated experience across transactional finance processes including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, invoicing, reconciliation, settlement, month-end close, and general ledger integration
• Proven experience working in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role within an agile delivery environment
• Strong backlog management skills with the ability to translate business requirements into prioritised user stories and actionable delivery plans
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with experience partnering across finance, technology, and operational teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, using data and insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience contributing to a finance system implementation, replacement, transformation, or migration program
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, including implementation, configuration, product ownership, or business-side usage, will be highly regarded
