Customer Operations & Trade Compliance Specialist

• →Handling physical packing and dispatch activities from our warehouse in Linköping.
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international customers.
• →Manage customer orders and provide timely communication regarding deliveries, pricing, and other customer inquiries.
• →Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Project Management to support business and customer projects.
• →Actively contribute to logistics planning and operational coordination.
• →Support continuous improvement initiatives within customer order management and Trade Compliance processes.

• Experience in customer order management, supply chain, logistics, or customer service.
• Interest in Trade Compliance and willingness to develop expertise in the area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/business systems.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
