Instrumentation & Controls Design Engineer

This job has no supervisory responsibilities. but may provide technical leadership to lower-level Engineers including carrying out lead responsibilities in accordance with applicable regulations and laws and the organization’s policies and procedures.  This includes, but is not limited to training employees, planning, assigning, directing work and resolving technically related work problems.

Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year college or university in a related field (e.g. electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics engineering etc.) and 2-4 years of directly related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Successful completion of NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering Exam preferred
• Willingness to acquire PE license is a strong plus.
• US Citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance.

• Basic Knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma/Kaizen
• Knowledge of specific software (design, analysis, ERP…)
