We are seeking a highly talented and motivated New Product Introduction (NPI) Specialist to join our high-end scanning products R&D team. In this role, you will play a key part in bringing world-class imaging products from development into manufacturing.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with strong troubleshooting abilities, deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, and excellent communication skills. You thrive in a collaborative environment, enjoy tackling complex challenges, and take initiative to drive successful product introductions while ensuring manufacturing readiness, quality, and operational excellence.

• →Works closely with the project team during the development of new products and manufacturing processes.
• →During development phase, defines and evaluates best processes with the R&D team for new products and transfers these into production line.
• →Manages the design for manufacturability for product designs, identifying opportunities for manufacturability and efficiency.
• →Works with project and design team, developing product transfer plans and schedules, product upgrades, and engineering changes.
• →Provides consistent and accurate documentation of manufacturing processes, inspection processes, product configuration management, and bill of material.
• →Writes assembly procedures / protocols / work instructions.
• →Reviews and evaluates new, innovative processes, and methods to reduce costs, improve quality, efficiency, and sustainability.
• →Drives process development to optimize efficient process flow, reduce process or product variability and improve process capability.
• →Initiates process-, equipment- and efficiency actions to improve yield, cost and supports production till the expected yield and cost targets are achieved.
• →Lead pilot builds and production ramp-up.
• →Drive Production Readiness Reviews (PRRs).
• →Own manufacturing risk assessments (PFMEA/SPC/CpK).
• →Manage engineering changes and configuration control.
• →Work directly with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure manufacturing readiness.

• Bachelor Degree or College diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing or Industrial Technology required.
• A minimum of 3 years experience related to new product introduction in a high-tech manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with design for manufacturability, considering a balance of cost, serviceability, manufacturability, reliability, assembly time and quality.
• Excellent cross-functional team leadership skills.
• Strong analytical skills, familiar with failure mode and effects analysis and statistical programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills commensurate with a technical audience.
