At FloQast, we are redefining how accounting teams operate in an AI-powered world. We help finance leaders move faster, work smarter, and transform the Close — and we’re scaling rapidly across EMEA.

EMEA North — spanning the UK & Ireland, Nordics, and Israel — represents one of our most important growth regions. These markets are mature, competitive, and strategically critical to our continued expansion.

As Senior Field Marketing Manager, EMEA North, you will own the regional marketing engine across these markets. This includes defining strategy, managing investment, and delivering programs that drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.

You will operate at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and regional market dynamics, ensuring marketing activity supports the success of every sales team and sub-region.

This is a senior individual contributor role designed for someone who wants to own outcomes, influence strategy, and drive measurable business results.

This role is hybrid 3 days in our central London office.

Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

You will lead the field marketing strategy across EMEA North, ensuring marketing investment directly supports regional revenue objectives.

You will:

  • Develop and execute the integrated field marketing strategy for the UK&I, Nordics, and Israel

  • Translate global campaigns into locally relevant programs that resonate with finance and accounting leaders

  • Identify the right mix of events, campaigns, account-based initiatives, and digital engagement to drive pipeline growth

  • Continuously refine strategy based on performance insights, market dynamics, and sales feedback

  • Your focus will be ensuring marketing consistently drives awareness, engagement, and pipeline across the region.

Success in this role requires delivering impact not only at the regional level, but across each market and sales team.

    You will:

  • Partner closely with sales leaders across UK&I, Nordics, and Israel to align marketing activity with pipeline priorities

  • Ensure programs support the specific needs of each sales team and customer segment

  • Monitor performance at the country and team level, identifying pipeline gaps or opportunities

  • Deploy targeted initiatives to strengthen underperforming areas while sustaining momentum in high-performing markets

  • You will ensure every sub-region receives the marketing support required to achieve its growth targets.

You will manage the commercial and operational performance of marketing across EMEA North.

    You will:

  • Manage and allocate the regional field marketing budget

  • Prioritize investments based on expected pipeline and revenue impact

  • Track program performance and marketing contribution to pipeline

  • Provide clear reporting and insights to marketing and sales leadership

  • This role requires strong commercial ownership and accountability for marketing investment and outcomes.

Field marketing succeeds when it operates as a trusted partner to Sales.

    You will:

  • Work closely with regional Sales leadership to align marketing strategy with commercial priorities

  • Develop programs that support account engagement and accelerate deal cycles

  • Ensure marketing-generated engagement translates into pipeline opportunities

  • Maintain regular communication with sales leaders on program impact and performance

  • Your success will be closely tied to the success of the regional sales teams.

Events remain a powerful channel for engaging finance and accounting leaders.

    You will:

  • Define and execute the regional event strategy across EMEA North

  • Deliver high-impact experiences including industry conferences, hosted events, and executive roundtables

  • Manage vendors, agencies, and event execution across multiple markets

  • Ensure events are aligned to pipeline objectives and measurable outcomes

  • Travel across the region will be required to support key programs.

You will ensure FloQast’s digital presence reflects the needs and success stories of the region.

    You will:

  • Partner with global teams to optimize the regional website experience and buyer journey

  • Ensure campaigns are supported by relevant localized content and assets

  • Drive the development of regional customer stories and proof points

  • Work with Sales and Customer Success to surface compelling customer success stories from the region

  • Partner with EMEA Growth Marketing Lead and digital agencies to set the strategy for EMEA North

  • This ensures buyers see clear evidence of FloQast’s success within their market.

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology

  • Proven experience leading field marketing or regional demand generation programs

  • Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth in partnership with sales teams

  • Experience managing regional marketing budgets and evaluating program ROI

  • Experience working across multiple countries or markets

  • BA/BS degree required

  • Strategic thinking combined with strong operational execution

  • Strong financial discipline and budget management capability

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data

  • Excellent project management and organizational skills

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace is highly valued.

    We’re looking for someone who:

  • Takes ownership of marketing outcomes, not just activity

  • Operates with a strong commercial and revenue-focused mindset

  • Builds trusted partnerships with Sales and cross-functional teams

  • Thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

  • Is comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution

  • Experience working in Fintech

  • French or German as a second language would be an advantage

In this role, you will shape how FloQast engages finance leaders across these markets — driving pipeline growth, strengthening market presence, and supporting the success of every sales team in the region.
