Flow Distribution is hiring Post Harvest Technicians to support cannabis production from harvest through final packaging. This role is hands-on and plays a key part in preparing high-quality product for distribution.

This is a fast-paced, detail-driven position involving repetitive tasks and production-based work. It’s a great fit for individuals who enjoy staying busy, working with their hands, and being part of a team environment.

Responsibilities

→Trim and manicure cannabis flower to meet quality standards
→Buck, destem, and prepare plants for processing
→Assist with hanging plants and handling drying racks
→Package and label finished cannabis products
→Track basic production details and maintain consistency across batches
→Meet daily and weekly production goals
→Maintain clean, organized workstations and shared areas
→Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and PPE requirements at all times

Reliable and consistent attendance
Ability to perform repetitive, hands-on tasks for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and quality
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to take direction
Previous trimming, manufacturing, or labor experience (preferred)
