We’re inviting ambitious college graduates and early-career talent to apply for the Flow Boot Camp — a one-week paid immersive experience designed to identify and develop the next generation of talent across our growing teams.

This is not a traditional internship or career fair. It’s a hands-on opportunity to work alongside high-performing teams, solve real business challenges, and experience what it’s like to operate inside one of the region’s fastest-growing companies that is part of a global company at the forefront of transformative change.

Flow is growing everywhere, but very rapidly in the MENA region with entry-level opportunities in nearly every department. However, Flow believes that the best training for a career at Flow is understanding the business at its fundamental levels. Therefore, many of the employment offers will be made to persons who display potential for success as Resident Experience Agents and Leasing/Sales Agents, which carry a sample compensation package of SAR 12,000 to 15,000/month, VIP health care benefits, and other long-term incentive compensation (equity).

Location: Flow Communities, Riyadh, KSA
Dates: From July 12 To 16 Summer 2026
Compensation: Paid Program (1000 SAR upon completion)

• Strong willingness to learn and grow
• Recent graduates (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree)
• Final-year university students
• Early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience
