As a Boilermaker, you'll play an important role in supporting our workshop operations and customers across the mining industry. From equipment repairs and preventative maintenance to on-site technical support, you'll be helping ensure our equipment performs safely, reliably and efficiently.

• →Equipment Maintenance & Repairs: Service, maintain and repair FLS equipment to high-quality OEM standards.
• →Workshop & Field Support: Undertake repairs, servicing and maintenance in the workshop and at customer sites.
• →Inspections & Fault Identification: Conduct routine equipment inspections, identify defects and recommend practical repair solutions.
• →Breakdown Support: Respond to equipment breakdowns and assist in restoring equipment availability while minimising downtime.
• →Commissioning & Technical Support: Assist customers with equipment commissioning, servicing and ongoing maintenance requirements.
• →Customer Reporting: Prepare clear photographic reports, document findings and provide recommendations to customers.
• →Quality & Safety: Deliver work safely, efficiently and in accordance with established procedures and technical standards.

You'll work closely with customers, contractors and your team to deliver reliable solutions and maintain the high standards FLS is known for.

We're looking for a motivated, safety-conscious tradesperson who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work.

• Trade Qualification: Recognised Boilermaker trade qualification.
• Industry Experience: Previous field service experience, ideally working with fixed plant equipment in mining or mineral processing.
• Wash Plant Knowledge: Experience with wash plant equipment will be highly regarded.
• Technical Capability: Strong skills in equipment maintenance, repairs and fault identification.
• Safety-First Mindset: A demonstrated commitment to workplace safety, compliance and quality workmanship.
• Communication Skills: Confidence communicating with customers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Organisation & Initiative: Strong time management, planning and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Computer Literacy: Ability to use digital systems to complete service reports, documentation and work records.
