Diagnostic Medical Sonographer

As a Sonographer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will perform ultrasound examinations, produce accurate diagnostic images, and support patient care through professional and compassionate service.

• →Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations including abdominal, obstetrical, and gynecological scans
• →Ensure high-quality image acquisition and proper documentation of technical observations
• →Archive and verify imaging in PACS systems
• →Prepare and explain procedures to patients, ensuring comfort, safety, and confidentiality
• →Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals regarding findings
• →Maintain ultrasound equipment and ensure a clean, safe working environment
• →Coordinate with clinical teams to support efficient patient flow and care delivery
• →Participate in on-call/standby duties as required
• →Support students and learners in the clinical environment when applicable

• Current registration with Sonography Canada (CRGS designation required)
• Experience in abdominal, obstetrical, and gynecological ultrasound
• გამოცდილ with PACS systems and diagnostic imaging workflows
• Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare diagnostic imaging setting
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development

• Experience in vascular, musculoskeletal (MSK), shoulder, Doppler, or cardiac imaging
• Bilingualism (English/French)

• Rotating shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and on-call
• Physically demanding role requiring patient positioning and equipment handling
