Flynn Calgary is looking for a Glazing Project Manager to join our team! The position of Project Manager is a skilled role, in which the Project Manager provides the overall on-site administrative and technical management for a project, while ensuring the total constructive efforts are in accordance with the plans and specifications and are communicated to all parties involved.

✓Manage budget and all financial aspects of projects in our internal forecasting portal (PFP)

✓Track project in our Project Information Lifecycle program (PIL)

✓Main point of contact for assigned projects

✓Work with Safety and Foreman to ensure all Safety measures are in place

✓Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and customers

✓Identify potential conflicts and negotiate best solutions

✓Take the lead on project kickoffs, hand overs and autopsy meetings with the project team

✓Communicate with the project team on a daily basis

5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in a construction environment
Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, delegate, and meet tight deadlines
Ability to problem solve
Excellent communication skills
Post secondary education in Civil Engineering Technology or Architectural Technology is an asset
Organization and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
