Store Sales Associate

🌟 About the Role

Focus Global Inc is looking for a dedicated, great team player, and goal oriented Store Sales Associate to continue to grow the mattress business of the company.

You will join a lean and dynamic team who values excellence and teamwork. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, explaining and letting customers understand and convince them to patronize our brands.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Selling luxury mattresses (Tempur)

• Generating and acquiring business leads and developing a network strategy in order to drive potential customers to buy from our business.

• Meeting and working closely with consumers to determine their needs, answer their questions about the products and recommend the right solutions.

• Work with brands that are world-class and identified as international leaders in the innovation and marketing of products

• Build brand awareness and consumer engagement through campaigns that leverage a variety of owned and paid channels (events, sponsorships, web, social, digital)

• Measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize team's efficiency and budget

• Monitor performance metrics of the brand such as sales, discounting and inventory levels

• Collaborate and communicate with stakeholders across the company

🎯Job Qualifications

• At least 1 year of working experience in sales or marketing.

• Bachelor's Degree in any course or field of study -

• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

• Proficient in MS Office

• Willing to be assigned in Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong
