  • Distributes, sorts, and collects all incoming and outgoing company mail.
  • Daily travel to Post Office to pick up incoming United States mail.
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing express mail services.
  • Responsible for weighing and shipping weekly manufacturers coupons.
  • Count Coupons.
  • Responsible for attending on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies.
  • Ensure efficient and courteous customer service to store locations in support of the company mission to “Run the Best Store in Town!”
  • Other duties, as required.

 

  • Assists other departments with work overflow as assigned by Mail Room Department Head.
  • Performs routine maintenance on building and grounds.
  • Understand and follow confidentiality policy regarding company information as well as personnel information.
  • Other tasks assigned for completion as assigned by Direct Supervisor or Executive Company Official. 
  • Utilize time management skills and prioritization to accomplish tasks through management team and associates.
  • Verification, completion, and distribution of vital department reports, management reports, documents, and paperwork via written, verbal, or e-mail to the appropriate individuals as deemed by supervision and/or policy.
  • Complete documentation of activities as required.
  • Follow all safety and security measures and guidelines.

  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals daily.
  • Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies.
