- can work any day, any shift (including, nights, weekends and split shifts)
- is versed in alcoholic beverages
- is TIPS trained
- barista skills preferred
- is team focused
- assists wherever and however required
- is self-motivated, (can be) self-managed and exercises initiative

- has own transportation an asset
