Our Finance function are a financial ‘supermarket’ offering our Co-op a pick n mix of solutions across commercial finance, store ownership, funding, financial planning & management, data analysis & reporting, accounting & transactional services including payroll, AR & AP & master data solutions.
About the Role
~1 min readThis is a great 12 month fixed term entry level opportunity to develop responsibility for the creation and maintenance of finance, customer and vendor accounts to support the business functions. You’ll be an advocate for improved data quality and act as a finance master data gatekeeper, enforcing cross checking and verification of all new/change requests using master data SAP and IT service management.
You will be responsible for a range of tasks including:
- Maintaining data quality, creating or making changes to the existing SAP HANA finance, vendor and customer accounts
- Regularly perform data analysis to ensure finance, customer and vendor master accounts are active, current and continue to comply with protocols and guidelines
- Participation in initiatives, project work with other business team
- Building a comprehensive understanding of processes that feed into and rely on the Finance, Customer and Vendor master data to assist and guide issue resolution

You will have a degree or experience in Finance, Accounting or IT and if you have experience using SAP ERP that would be awesome!
You’ll have excellent attention to detail, solid communication skills and the ability to relay data and information to a broad audience. You’ll be a doer who can deliver high volumes of quality work within tight deadlines. Your curious nature will ensure that you are constantly learning and looking at what is possible.
