Forbes is seeking a Designer to join the Brand, Sales & Marketing Design team in support of our Accolades business, with a primary focus on production design and new product development. This role will partner closely with the Accolades, Studio, and Marketing teams to execute high-volume post-sale deliverables while helping bring new Accolades products to market. This designer will play a critical role in scaling the Accolades business – owning the execution of core templates, marketing assets, and emerging products – while enabling senior design leadership to focus on creative direction, strategy, and brand evolution.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working within established brand systems, while also contributing to the creation and refinement of new templates and products.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →1-3 years of professional design experience across digital and print; production design experience strongly preferred.
- →Portfolio demonstrating strong execution, typography, layout, and attention to detail across templated and marketing-driven work.
- →Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- →Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint; experience designing scalable PPT templates is a plus.
- →Comfortable working within established brand systems while maintaining visual quality and consistency.
- →Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage high-volume workflows in a fast-paced environment.
- →Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- →Ability to balance speed, accuracy, and quality across both ongoing production and new initiatives.
- →Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field.
