Manufacturing Department Manager

Responsible for delivering ever-improving manufacturing results by effective management of people, processes, and equipment. Uses a strong manufacturing acumen to review KPI’s on a routine basis and develop plans for improvement based off of those indicators. Has the skills and leadership to both challenge the status quo as well as manage multiple departments with varying demands and requirements.
