Design Engineer (Facade)

• →Prepare detailed customer service drawings, elevations of façade systems
• →Reviews of contractual documents to determine scope of work and scope change
• →Prepares detailed manufacturing drawings with BOM

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering/ architecture, any professional courses in designing will be an added advantage
• Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in reading & drafting architectural layouts
• Working experience in façade systems at least 3-4 years of working experience in AutoCAD
• AutoCAD Mechanical is an added advantage
• Good knowledge and hands on experience of drawing presentation, elevation presentation, critical dimensioning, view presentations and parts list preparation
• Good knowledge of concept design with manufacturing feasibilities
• Good knowledge of material selection bought out parts selection, hardware/fasteners selection
• Experience in working with multiple discipline projects (Multitasked)
• Good knowledge of shop floor activities like drawing releases & design troubleshooting
• Must have quality checking experience engineering drawings, BOM, layouts
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal, written, and presentation skills)
• Working knowledge of ERP, Revit and blue beam will be an added advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is essential, with a high degree of flexibility and tolerance for change
