Fort Myers Broadcasting Company is looking for an experienced Program Director / Brand Manager to lead WINK 96.9, WAVV 101.1 and Sunny 106.3 WJPT.

We want a creative AC programmer who can shape the music, coach talent, build strong promotions and keep each station distinctive. You should understand research and ratings, think like a brand builder and know how to use today’s technology and emerging tools to make great radio even better. Most importantly, you should know how to create ideas that get noticed on the air, online and in the community.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform frequent computer and keyboard use.
Ability to walk, bend, stoop, reach, and work in confined spaces to install or service equipment.
Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds.
Sufficient manual dexterity and visual acuity to handle technical components and read screens or documentation.
Ability to travel between work areas or locations as needed.
