• →Required experience includes new construction lease up participation, favorable supervisory history, effective project plan execution and executive level reporting, plus annual budget preparation and performance.
• →Oversee daily operations of the asset, including leasing, rent collection, and maintenance.
• →Ensure the asset is well maintained, clean, and compliant with regulations.
• →Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and legal regulations.
• →Required experience includes new construction lease up participation, favorable supervisory history, effective project plan execution and executive level reporting, annual budget performance.
• →Professional apparel and overall appearance and demeanor required.
• →Onesite knowledge preferred.
