We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in supporting our Retirement Plan Advisors and Client Relationship Managers by ensuring the smooth execution of operational and transactional tasks related to 401(k) and other retirement plans. This is a non-client-facing role focused on back-office support and process efficiency.

  • Process and monitor retirement plan transactions including contributions, distributions, rollovers, and plan changes.
  • Assist advisors with plan setup, documentation, and compliance-related tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience working with retirement plans, particularly 401(k) plans, or financial services
  • Experience supporting advisors and/or clients in a retirement plan or financial services environment. 
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. 
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
