You’ll architect the account structure, launch campaigns, and own reporting. Prove ROI and you’ll scale into our full‑time Paid‑Media Lead with authority to shape channel mix and hire juniors.
Part-time for the first 3‑6 months, and you’ll have the opportunity to step into a full‑time leadership seat to scale the practice.
1× 30‑min webinar (topic + slides + live delivery), Monthly
2× outbound/ nurture emails (HubSpot), Monthly
2× LinkedIn posts (your byline or founder ghostwritten), Monthly
1× AI‑assisted blog post (1,000 ± words), Monthly
Audit Google Ads & LinkedIn Campaign Manager accounts; surface wasted spend and quick wins.
Build net‑new campaigns: keyword selection, audience targeting, ad copy, extensions.
Spin up dashboards in Looker Studio for CPL, cost‑per‑SQL, and ROAS tracking.
Test creative angles; iterate budgets across Search, Display, and LinkedIn Sponsored Content.
Dip into Meta or X (Twitter) when the experiment budget is approved.
Package results into webinars, posts, and emails.
Report wins & next steps to our Service Development Manager in a weekly 30-minute checkpoint (held between 8 a.m.–12 p.m. ET).
Prospects request full‑service retainers after seeing your audit deck.
We’re confident enough in the motion to flip you to full‑time Service‑Line Lead (competitive PH salary + growth upside).
5+ yrs hands‑on with Google Ads (Search, Display) and LinkedIn Ads.
Proven ability to optimize to pipeline $ or SQL targets—not just clicks.
Strong Excel or Looker Studio reporting skills.
Crystal‑clear English; you’ll present findings live on webinars.
Degree from UP, DLSU, Ateneo, UST
Reliable WFH setup in the Philippines.
Bing/Microsoft Ads experience.
Landing‑page CRO collaboration or copy chops.
Creative brief writing for designers/video editors.
