Host-ess - Edgewater Cafe

Responsible for providing guests with a delightful dining experience from the initial reception until the final good-bye in accordance with high standards of guest services.

Strong organizational and interpersonal skills required.

For South Bend Location Only:  Must possess or be able to obtain an active employee permit issued by the State of Indiana’s Alcohol and Tobacco Commission. Must complete an ATC approved server training program.

This position requires a Level 4 Gaming License. 

High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred.  Previous server experience preferred. 

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
