We are on the lookout for a Facilities Technician to join our Facilities team. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for maintaining the facilities to ensure a safe, organized, and efficient workplace for all employees.

Shift Time: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Provide hands-on support for operational needs, including facility upkeep and maintenance
Manage inventory for parts and supplies necessary for repairs and improvements
Maintain cleanliness of facility through sweeping, mopping, dusting, yard work, and building maintenance
Operate equipment such as floor scrubbers and compactors for trash and scrap removal
Contribute to safety initiatives, including emergency preparedness and safety committees
Identify and report maintenance issues, spills, or hazardous conditions promptly
Restock cleaning supplies in common areas, bathrooms, and breakrooms as needed
Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment
Contribute to continuous improvement of workplace safety and practices
Other duties as assigned, in accordance with training and qualifications

3+ years of experience in Facilities
High school diploma or GED required
Proficiency in Plumbing, Electrical, Painting, Carpentry, and general repairs, including the ability to fix windows, doors, locks, and other building components
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately count and sort items
Ability to multitasks while working independently or as part of a team
Steel-toed boots or shoes are required during work hour
