The Server reports to the FiveOneSix Manager and responds to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

→Describe beverage menu to guests by offering interesting and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste, and preparation method.
→Communicate guests' orders including any special needs or requests to the bartenders using the point of sales systems.
→Anticipate guests needs, offer suggestions, and responds urgently and appropriately to guest concerns.
→Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments and properly settle voided or complimentary drinks.
→Breakdown, clean and set up tables, chairs, menus.
