• →The Concierge contributes to the smooth operation of Mountain Club Member’s ski and snowboard experience.
• →Assist with planning, coordinating, and managing the use of Member’s equipment and activities.
• →Converse with guests and answer questions regarding recreation facilities and the Resort.
• →Assist Guest with locating and trying on equipment, towels, sportswear, and gear.
• →Ensure that Guest equipment is secure at all times.
• →Distribute locker keys to Members.
• →Maintain and stock food and beverage items in the Mountain Club.
• →Assist with food and cocktail service upon request.
• →Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times.
• →Provide accurate information to guests in a courteous manner; fill all reasonable guests’ requests or requirements; anticipates guests needs.

• Applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays.
• The ideal candidate will have a can-do approach to any task.
• Requires the ability to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs
• Stand or walk up to 8 hours per day.
• Fluent English.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States
