Applicants must hold a Macao ID due to work permit restrictions.

• Provide information and assistance to hotel guests as requested, give them an orientation, have them registered and is familiar with all hotel services and hours of operation.
• The ability to work closely with the Engineering department to administer preventive maintenance procedures and to limit equipment down time by ensuring proper use and care.  The ability to report equipment malfunctions promptly and accurately.
• Pick up, stock, restock, and drop off towels, juices, fruits, and other items or amenities needed in the area to provide guests with Four Seasons’ standard service.
• Respond and act quickly in a typhoon situation.
• Handle any guest inconvenience or complaint swiftly, with a smile and to the satisfaction of the guest.

• Ability to communicate in English and Cantonese or Mandarin languages related with their jobs
• A minimum of a high school or equivalent education
• Pleasant and caring attitude toward the guest
• Able to work flexible hours

• 48 Hours weekly
• Work on shift
